Inclusive Screenings

We have two types of inclusive screenings: Hard of Hearing and Relaxed Screenings.

In our Hard of Hearing screenings we show the version of the film that has closed captioning and subtitles on screen. This will display the words being said and any additional interpretive information.
We are currently looking in to more technological solutions to increase our accessibility for those with hearing difficulties such as infrared headsets and hearing loops, watch this space!

In our Relaxed Screenings we aim to provide an accessible cinema experience for anyone who would benefit from that, such as young children, people with sensory processing difficulties and people with cognitive conditions. The lights will remain on throughout the screening, the volume lowered, and customers will be free to move around, and experience the film as is comfortable for them. These films will have one short trailer on the front, started at the time advertised.
We have guidelines provided by the UKCA and Dimensions available to download and print here, we also have a social story which is available to and edit and print  here .

An amazing performance from Renée Zellweger anchors this assured and moving biopic of one of the greatest and most tragically flawed of Hollywood superstars. In the winter of 1968, showbiz legend Judy Garland (Zellweger) arrived in London to perform a five-week, sold-out run at the West End’s The Talk of the Town. As she rehearses for her show, argues with management, charms musicians and reminisces with friends and adoring fans, her wit and warmth shine through. Meanwhile her dreams of love are undimmed as she embarks on a whirlwind romance with Mickey Deans. Featuring some of her best-known songs, Judy celebrates one of the world’s greatest entertainers.
Contains scenes of drug misuse and infrequent strong language.
